There are nine start dates available each year. An Admissions Advisor will be happy to explain the benefits of various start dates and help you select the timing that works best for you.
Can I take more than one class at a time?
We have carefully structured the program to optimize your success as a business professional and online student. Students only take one course at a time so that they can place their complete focus on one subject area while building on the knowledge they obtained from previous courses.
Can I take time off during the program?
We understand that you may face a situation where you require time off from the program. Depending on your circumstances, Northeastern University will work with you to determine the best solution on a case-by-case basis.
What is the typical class size in the online MBA?
You will take classes with a cohort of about 12 to 15 other students. The small class size allows you to develop relationships and expand your professional network.
Do you accept transfer credits or grant credits based on work experience and certifications?
We will assess up to seven transfer credits that may reduce the total number of credits required to complete the program. This will be done on a case-by-case basis. While the majority of our MBA students have years of work experience and certifications, these cannot be used as a substitute for coursework.
Whom do I talk to if I have more questions or if I want to apply?
